  • Ability to stay on task lengthens

  • Begin to initiate play

Implications for Training

  • Small group activities, pairs, up to 4 players

  • Technical abilities focus connected to

      the game of soccer

  • Cognitive understanding develops in relation to tactics/strategies

  • Sense of pace and physical component can be introduced

  • End games of 4v4 can be more team oriented
