Start with the end in mind. Write down 2-3 things you want your players to learn/know.  Then select an activity related to topic/objectives that will get them going right away upon arrival and keeps them engaged with little to no coaching whatsoever.  Progress from simple to complex by adding players, conditions, eventually making it the game.   • Instant Activity - Get them going/playing

  • Activity 1: Introduce topic, simple to complex

  • Activity 2: Expand on topic, add difficulty                                   

  • Activity 3: Game Like, add direction, opponents

  • Activity 4: The Game, let them play and develop skills

  • Cool-down: Fun activity/skill to review, calm down
